If you are updating Debian for your instance, probably you are going to need to run `bundle pristine` after the update in order to rebuild the gems from source. For me it fixed the critical error which has stopped mine from running.

Updated Debian to 11 (Bullseye).

Because it has obsoleted Postgres 11, you are required to update it to Postgres 13.

For bullseye, the security suite is now named bullseye-security so users should adapt their APT source-list files and configuration accordingly when upgrading. More details on debian.org/releases/bullseye/a #NewInBullseye #Debian11Bullseye

Yes this is the privacy echo chamber. Yes, I'm still going to post this here as well as everywhere else.

If you use an iOS device of any kind please be aware of this. Not because you do bad things, or that anyone should condone bad things.

It's because it only takes figuring out the back door to exploit it, or a shift in demand/pressure to abuse it.

There's so much resentment out there in Japanese society that you're supposed to being sorry for anything that you're short of the expectation of the public.

The article describes how you guys outside of Japan think that kind of culture is peculiar and even suppressive, and yet Japanese people here do not understand that simple fact, because people do not want to talk about it openly to avoid yet another attack on the Internet.

You do not have to apologize publicly unless you broke the law of the country.

This must be obvious for you guys, but here in Japan, it is so not, which is the fact I really hate.

Private platforms get to pick what content they're willing to host, but this prudish, Puritan, approach seems crazy to me, and is clearly hurtful to all number of workers and creators.

In March 2020, when many across the world switched to online gatherings, Zoom was slapped with a class-action lawsuit for falsely representing its 'end-to-end encryption' protections at the time. Now, it has settled the lawsuit for $86m.
