When you see news outlets publish an article with the headline like El Salvador bought a lot of #bitcoin, the first question should be: how did you verify the fact?
Nobody really does that. Neither transaction IDs nor the address that the government controls have never been mentioned.
Technically this should be fairly easy, but the outlets just keep forwarding some tweets of the top guy in the poor country where democracy has not really existed.
